SHIPPING POLICY
PREPARATION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
As a general rule, packages are processed and shipped within 24-72 horas working days after receipt of payment, they are sent through POST with tracking number and delivery without signature. Whichever shipping method you choose, if you contact our support to request the tracking code We will provide you with a link so that you can track your order online.
The delivery of the order once “Submitted” usually takes between 10-22 business days in countries within the European Union and an average between 15-30 business days to the rest of the world, not counting weekends and holidays, since the products come from factories located in other countries (Delays may be experienced due to the new European regulations).
Shipping costs are fully Free. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment since the carriers can put weight on top of the order and cause some damage to the box, which we disregard since it is not in our hand and therefore It is not our fault, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.
We also offer DHL Express Shipping 1-2 days at an additional cost of €10.
We ship to any country.
1.1 We will deliver the product once you have verified that the effective payment has been executed correctly.
1.2. We understand hours and days as hours and working days, thus excluding Saturdays and Sundays and holidays. If for any reason attributable to Jordan Stockx this period is exceeded, we will notify the Client of the incident and propose alternative solutions.
1.3. The Customer agrees that he or another designated person is at the indicated address to receive the package. In case of not being there the first time, the carrier will insist several times. If it is not delivered, he will have a period of 14 days to collect it at his courier office. If the order still cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, with the consequent return to the Customer of the payment made less the shipping costs or return of the merchandise that will be borne by the Customer.
1.4. The Customer agrees to give the correct shipping address, in this case Jordan Stockx is not responsible for delays or returns caused by wrong or incomplete addresses, please make sure before processing your order.
